[Simple Life] Declutter - Glass jar

Declutter - Glass jar
A glass jar, I was able to get with a big big bargain through company's sale period - total of two.
But, considering that I rarely cook, I've noticed that I do not use these kind of heavy glass jars often.
So in one jar, I put my tea (which i rarely drink as well) and in the other,
I put coins that I come across from start using cash.

I don't know why, but I always thought the coin jars I found in either Pinterest or Google image,
were so pretty.

However, I recently were informed that, if you want to change the coins in the bank of HK,
you usually have to pay extra for the service.
That is just stupid now, isn't it?
Anyhow, I decided that the best way to deal with coins is to just use it as often as possible.
So I tried to use up all the coins i gathered, and use Octopus card (same as Oyster card of England)
whenever I were to receive some coins.

Also, I heard that not all the coins that were produced comes back to market,
since people get annoyed of carrying coins and just put them in random place at home
(like I used to be). And so Governments spend more money to create coins.
So by using up all the coins I have, I am kind of helping the circulation of coins.

My mom saw the glass jar and said, it's quite hard to get these kind of glass jars and there are
a lot of ways for her to use it.
She will use after thoroughly cleaning it😊
(She is actually keeping her eye on the other jar as well.
I should drink my teas and give it to her as soon as possible!)

Bye!

Oh, my mom sent over a picture, saying that she is using it so well as a jar to put our puppy's food
I am so glad it's found its better use than when it was containing dirty coins.
