TRACE OF MEMORIES

Keeping up the posts on regular basis is much harder than I thought.

And among any posts, outfit posts are the hardest since I am always eager for better pictures.

Anyhow,

starting of a new year made me think of how my ways of styling changed since forever.

And, this amazing dress I used to love in Hong Kong came across my mind.

This blue knit dress was not so expensive (I was a University student back then)

but gave me the most satisfaction any clothes could never gave me.

And it hit me, why don't I try them on?

Of course, it's not the exact styling I did when I was in Hong Kong,
(I tend to go more casual when I was a student. I really need to find pictures with this dress on!)
but being wrapped in this dress brought back the whole memories I had.

People say, musics can be more powerful than journals you keep when it comes to recalling the memories.
But did you also know that a cloth can bring back even more powerful feelings?
I don't know how to explain this, but feels like you are some how re-connected to the era and not only the memories but all the 5 senses you had comes crawling back.

This feeling is too special and priceless that I never want to replace them with any expensive luxuries.

Maybe,in a way, we are keeping a diary while standing in front of our closet, deciding on what to wear :)
